The app and scale use a Bluetooth connection to communicate data to each other, and together they’re capable of recording the location, weather, wind speed and direction, temperature, barometric pressure, moon phase, time, and date of your catch. The scale measures the weight of your fish up to 50 pounds, and you can measure your fish with the retractable tape measure. You can also input the fish species and lure type you used to catch it into the Fish Logger app. This wealth of information helps you build a database of your catches so you can make informed decisions on when and where to fish. To celebrate your success, the Fish Logger and phone app can work together to take photos of your trophy fish with a camera control button on the scale.
